In November, I enjoyed a pizza lunch and a lovely visit with the ladies of Delta Kappa Gamma, a retired teachers’ group. I watched my Ps and Qs with them since they are all accomplished, fabulous women. We had a lively discussion, and I had all the fun.
Launch Party for Saving Samantha
Such a celebration! About 50 friends, neighbors, and family gathered on the patio at Vector Brewing for pizza, book signing, a reading, and lots of visiting. Thanks to Vector for their hospitality.
Buns & Roses Romance Tea for Literacy
I25 romance authors and over 250 romance readers came together for a lovely afternoon with delicious tea foods and an entertaining keynote speaker. This year, I was invited to host a table and be a opart of helping to support the Richardson Adult Literacy Center and the great work they do. Thanks to those who bought tickets and chose to sit with me. I love you all.
The Cunard Queen Mary II
I just got back from a ten-day sojourn to London, then a cruise across the Atlantic on the Cunard Queen Mary II. Intensive writing workshops during the day, delicious multi-course meals, two gala evenings, including a masquerade ball, four excellent instructors, and 35 eager writers. It was glorious.
